Receive and file this report and make the following findings: (a) The City Council has reconsidered the circumstances of the state of emergency; and (b) the following circumstances exist, (i) the state of emergency continues to directly impact the ability of the members to meet safely in person and (ii) the City Council continues to provide measures such as remote or hybrid meeting participation to promote social distancing; and 2. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
